Description
Remodel Health is hiring a Benefits Advisor to onboard and enroll new and existing members, conduct in-person Zoom calls, customize insurance programs, maintain records, educate customers, and support employee and employer needs. The role requires a bachelor's degree, health insurance licensing, strong communication and data-analysis skills, and the ability to work beyond 40 hours per week in Q4. It is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days per week, with work from home on Fridays.
