Description
The Associate – ICHRA Analyst will support Lockton’s Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement practice by analyzing large census datasets, conducting local market and pricing analyses, building financial models, tracking state-level trends, benchmarking employer strategies, and supporting onboarding and implementation. The role also provides approximately 15% client-services support, including issue resolution, data analysis, deliverable development, and reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, 0–3 years of related experience, strong analytical and quantitative skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
