Michael Baker International is hiring a Benefits Analyst to administer, improve, and support compliance for health, welfare, and wellness programs. The role covers disability and FMLA administration, open enrollment, employee and HR Business Partner support, vendor coordination, wellness initiatives, performance reporting, and benefits inquiries. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree preferred, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of major benefits regulations, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle ERP or HRIS experience is preferred. Compensation is approximately $80,000 to $90,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, savings account, and other benefits.
