The role connects with individuals and families interested in supplemental benefit programs, schedules and conducts virtual consultations, explains available options, assists with enrollment, maintains client records, and provides follow-up support. Structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development are provided, and prior insurance or benefits experience is not required.
