Conduent is hiring a fully remote Benefits Coordinator to investigate insurance coverage, determine primary and secondary payer order, verify eligibility, process COB correspondence, review EOBs, and support claims and payment determinations while maintaining HIPAA and Medicare compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a background check and drug screening, and either two years of healthcare experience involving Coordination of Benefits or four years of relevant healthcare experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and an estimated annual salary range of $39,960 to $46,200.
