AO Globe Life is hiring a full-time, entry-level Benefits Enrollment Representative to work remotely with families and individuals requesting supplemental benefits. The role involves scheduling virtual consultations, identifying client needs, explaining benefit options, assisting with enrollment, providing ongoing support, completing follow-up communication, and maintaining digital records. Training, licensing support, mentorship, flexible scheduling, warm leads, and performance bonuses are provided; prior customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is useful but not required.
