ServiceNow is hiring an individual contributor Benefits Manager, India to serve as the local expert on India employee benefits, executing global benefits strategy while ensuring local relevance and compliance with India labor law. The role covers health, risk, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs; vendor and broker management; budget planning and cost modeling; employee escalations; M&A due diligence and integration; and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Candidates need at least five years of employee benefits experience, deep knowledge of India statutory benefits, benefits finance expertise, vendor-management experience, and a track record supporting M&A activities.
