UCB is hiring a U.S. Benefits Manager for its Reward & Talent Operations team in a hybrid Smyrna, Georgia office. The role leads retirement, employee stock purchase, and wellbeing programs; supports U.S. benefits strategy; manages vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators; ensures regulatory compliance; analyzes utilization and costs; and improves employee engagement through benefits communications. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive benefits administration experience, knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations, vendor-management experience, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and benefits budgeting and forecasting knowledge. The anticipated base salary is $125,600 to $164,900.
