Description
Meta is hiring a Benefits Manager to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of employee benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries. The role owns health, financial, leave, family, retirement, risk, and wellbeing programs; develops multi-year benefit strategies; ensures regulatory and employment-law compliance; and partners with business leaders, HR, legal, finance, payroll, and external vendors. The position requires at least 12 years of benefits program design, management, or consulting experience focused on EMEA markets, along with experience managing multi-country programs, large-scale cross-functional projects, vendor negotiations, and advising senior leaders.
