Consulting Connection Services is hiring a Benefits Planner and Housing Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities in navigating Social Security and other public benefits and securing DBHDS housing resources. The role combines benefits counseling, work-incentive planning, eligibility guidance, case management, and housing referrals with coordination among support coordinators, employment specialists, and external agencies. Candidates need CWIC certification through VCU or Cornell, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. The position offers $22–$25 per hour and health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
