Description
The Benefits Program Manager provides strategic leadership for the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, welfare, retirement, wellness, leave, and fringe benefits programs. The role oversees benefits operations, compliance, vendor relationships, project execution, process improvement, employee experience, and reporting while partnering with HR Operations and other business functions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, plus 5–8 years of progressive benefits administration experience, including at least 2 years managing retirement and wellness programs. The position has no supervisory responsibilities but may lead cross-functional project teams or vendor working groups.
