VLink is hiring a Benefits Realization Manager for a six- to 12-month contract in Dallas, Texas, with a hybrid arrangement requiring two to three onsite days per week. The role validates business cases and ROI assumptions before project approval, defines and measures KPIs and baselines, tracks realized benefits against approved commitments, and provides executive reporting on investment outcomes. Candidates need experience in benefits realization, business case development, financial analysis, portfolio management, transformation, strategy, PMO, or related disciplines, along with strong analytical, data, stakeholder-management, and executive-communication skills.
