AMBA is seeking Benefits Representatives in Pennsylvania as 1099 independent contractors to sell supplemental insurance products to retired public servants. Representatives meet clients virtually or in person, assess their needs, recommend insurance solutions, conduct consultations and presentations, perform phone outreach and follow-up, and participate in training and business planning. The role offers commission-based compensation with bonuses, self-managed scheduling, and requires or supports obtaining a Life and Health insurance license.
