The role involves consultative sales of supplemental insurance and retirement-focused products, including Fixed Indexed Annuities, through phone outreach, virtual or in-person meetings, consultations, seminars, webinars, and group presentations. Representatives manage their own schedules, receive leads and sales support, and are compensated through commissions, bonuses, and travel incentives; a Life and Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one is required.
