AMBA Insurance is seeking a Benefits Representative to serve retirees across Oregon as a 1099 independent contractor. The role involves consultative sales of supplemental insurance and retirement-focused products, including Fixed Indexed Annuities, through phone outreach, virtual or in-person meetings, seminars, webinars, and group presentations. Representatives manage their own schedules, receive leads and sales support, and are compensated through commissions, bonuses, and travel incentives. A Life and Health insurance license is required or must be obtained before onboarding.
