AMBA Insurance is seeking Benefits Representatives as 1099 independent contractors serving association members throughout Kansas. The role involves consultative sales of supplemental insurance and retirement-focused products, including fixed indexed annuities, through virtual or in-person meetings, phone outreach, seminars, webinars, and group presentations. Representatives manage their own schedules but are expected to commit full-time effort, and compensation is commission-based with bonuses and no income cap. A Life and Health insurance license is required or must be obtained before onboarding.
