The role involves consultative sales of supplemental insurance and retirement-focused products, including fixed indexed annuities, through virtual or in-person meetings, phone outreach, consultations, seminars, webinars, and group presentations. Agents manage their own schedules, receive commissions, bonuses, leads, licensing support, training, mentorship, and marketing resources; a Life and Health insurance license is required or must be obtained before onboarding.
