Credit Human is hiring an onsite Total Rewards Specialist in San Antonio, Texas, to support payroll and benefits functions for Credit Human employees. The role administers benefits for new hires and life-event changes, processes FMLA and leave-of-absence requests, prepares and reconciles benefit invoices, maintains employee data, processes biweekly payroll, reconciles general ledgers, creates wire requests, generates reports, coordinates year-end payroll activities, and troubleshoots UKG system issues. The position requires at least two years of experience in compliance and reporting, data processing, general ledger reconciliation, technology data applications, and data quality assurance, along with a high school diploma and the ability to obtain HIPAA certification within seven working days. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with an expected hourly pay range of $23.77 to $24.10 and eligibility for a bonus opportunity and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
