The BDC Representative manages customer engagement across website chat, Facebook, Instagram, and DealerSocket for a dealership’s sales and service departments. Responsibilities include gathering customer information, creating and scheduling appointments, pushing leads to the CRM, sending vehicle-of-interest links, following up with uncontacted customers, answering questions, and supporting the Buy Now process. The role requires applicants to be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Texas driver license, and pass drug and background screening.
