Description
TrinityBridge is hiring a permanent hybrid Client Onboarding & Data Maintenance Specialist to process new and existing client business, validate instructions, set up accounts and online access, record bank accounts, manage fee structures and reporting, initiate cash and asset transfers, and maintain accurate data across Xplan, PULSE, Symphony, Fusion, and third-party systems. The role also involves document management, liaison with other teams, incident and service management support, and adherence to FCA and internal compliance requirements. Previous experience in wealth management or private client asset management is advantageous, along with accuracy, IT skills, communication, prioritisation, and flexibility.
