Worley is hiring a BESS Technical Lead Engineer to design, configure, optimize, and integrate battery energy storage systems for renewable-energy and grid-stabilization projects. The role covers technical specifications, battery and electrical-component selection, grid and control-system integration, commissioning, functional testing, acceptance procedures, documentation, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. It requires an electrical or energy engineering degree, several years of experience in energy storage, high-voltage systems, grid connections, and related technologies, along with German and English language skills and occasional travel.
