Description
Cornwall Council is hiring a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to work within Family Hubs across Cornwall, supporting children aged 0–5 with emerging or identified special educational needs and disabilities, their families, and early years providers. The role provides advice, coaching, training, assessments, support planning, multi-agency coordination, safeguarding compliance, and monitoring of support outcomes. It is a 29.6-hour-per-year post and requires knowledge of child development, inclusion, and SEND, along with experience working with young children and families.
