Intuition Robotics is hiring a Beta Community Program Manager in Japan to launch and manage an older-adult user testing community for ElliQ, an AI-powered companion robot. The role covers participant recruitment and onboarding, creation of program materials, community communications, feedback collection and synthesis, first-line technical support, issue escalation to global customer success and engineering teams, and robot delivery, return, and replacement logistics. It is suited to a graduate, current university student, or early-career professional with Japanese native or bilingual proficiency, professional English, empathy, patience, strong organization, and familiarity with digital products, consumer technology, or robotics.
