BETIM - PROCESS ENGINEERING ANALYST at WEG

The role is responsible for promoting, developing, and sustaining WEG’s Continuous Improvement Management System across industrial and administrative processes. It coordinates low- and medium-complexity improvement projects, trains employees on Lean and WMS tools, supports 5S and KaizenWEG programs, leads Cost Deployment cycles, conducts process analyses and value-stream mapping, and helps standardize operational practices. The position prefers higher education, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or production field, Lean and quality-tool knowledge, and basic Spanish and English.
