WEG is hiring Production Operators to operate machines, equipment, and tools; monitor production quality and productivity; follow safety, organization, and 5S standards; collaborate toward production targets; and support continuous process improvements. The role requires high school completion, shift availability, commitment to safety and quality, teamwork, discipline, and preferably prior factory or production experience, relevant technical training, and knowledge of technical drawings, metrology, or machine operation.
