Description
The Beveller Operator operates machinery that faces and bevels tubular products according to work order specifications. The role includes preparing and sizing beveling tooling, moving pipe onto beveling tables, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining tool inventories, inspecting bevel quality with calibrated gauges, documenting inspections, reporting non-conformances, and keeping the work area clean and safe. The position requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures, basic computer skills, physical ability to work extended shifts and lift up to 50 pounds, and exposure to machinery, noise, fumes, and other industrial hazards.
