Description
The Assistant Director of Beverage supports the Director of Restaurant Operations and/or Executive Director of F&B in developing beverage programs, overseeing beverage outlet operations, managing inventory and costs, training staff, coordinating with culinary and events teams, monitoring compliance, analyzing sales and guest feedback, and contributing to budgets and forecasts. The role requires at least two years of beverage management experience, working knowledge of gaming operations and alcohol regulations, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
