Description
Continental is hiring a full-time Beverage Captain to lead bar and beverage service for private events at The Department at Hudson’s. The role oversees bar setup, product preparation, BEO review, inventory support, staffing, bartender training, event-service standards, guest hospitality, beverage expertise, cleanliness, communication, incident reporting, and waste and product controls. Candidates need five years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, beverage-service techniques and equipment, and preferably leadership experience and TIPS certification.
