POM Wonderful is hiring a Seasonal Non-Exempt Hourly Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily production activities during peak season in a high-paced manufacturing environment. The role supervises production employees, enforces safety and quality standards, monitors KPIs, improves processes, supports equipment and staffing needs, and partners with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Compensation is $75,000, with final compensation dependent on skills and experience. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, and at least two years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing is required.
