Fairmont Mayakoba is hiring a Beverage Manager in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, to oversee beverage operations, develop menus and programs, manage inventory and costs, train and supervise bar staff, coordinate with culinary teams, maintain supplier relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze sales data, and resolve guest issues. The role requires 3 to 5 years of beverage management or related experience, strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, leadership and analytical skills, point-of-sale and inventory management proficiency, and fluency in English; Spanish fluency and relevant certifications are advantageous.
