The Beverage Manager oversees the Paniolo Bar and beverage operations across bars, lounges, restaurants, and events. The role manages F&B operations, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, payroll, inventory, sales and marketing programs, customer and employee satisfaction, quality control, and safety and sanitation standards. It requires liquor certification, a driver's license, upscale beverage knowledge, mixology expertise, F&B management experience, communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and a flexible schedule.
