Description
The Beverage Operations Manager will lead beverage operations across The W San Francisco Living Room’s bars, restaurants, in-room dining, and events. The role oversees service standards, inventory, cost controls, liquor accountability, sales and profitability analysis, menu and promotion development, event coordination, food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, guest experience, budgeting, staffing, and team development. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED with four years of food and beverage, culinary, or related experience, or a relevant two-year degree with two years of experience.
