Upward Bound House is hiring a full-time BFH Program Manager to lead and oversee the Bringing Families Home program serving families experiencing homelessness or housing instability involved in child welfare systems. The role supervises case management and support staff, manages housing navigation and rapid re-housing services, coordinates with DCFS and community partners, ensures HMIS documentation and contract compliance, monitors program outcomes, and drives service improvements. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in housing, case management, or child welfare are required; the position is based in Los Angeles County and offers a $70,000–$75,000 salary plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
