Description
The role is responsible for improving yield on assigned BGA devices, aligning WB LOH with NXP goals and meeting customer on-time delivery, collaborating with the NPI team on WB recipes and verification, and supporting productivity and cost savings. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of FMEA, control plans, SPC, DOE, and process flow, a positive team-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn the WB process through hands-on machine work.
