Description
The Kitchen Assistant prepares à la carte and buffet dishes, breakfast foods, and event products; cleans and organizes the kitchen; washes dishes; maintains inventory; and assists guests with food-related requests. The role requires incomplete elementary education, completed secondary education preferred, and six months of experience, with knowledge of inventory control, food handling, and product storage preferred. The position is based at SIA, offers R$1,750.68 plus a variable service charge, provides meals and dental and medical assistance, and follows a six-day schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:20 p.m.
