BHA – Residential Ext. Shift – Superimposed (4-Day) at The Arc of Anchorage

The Adult Mental Health Residential (AMHR) Behavioral Health Aide – Residential Extended Shift provides person-centered behavioral health and recovery-oriented support to clients in The Arc of Anchorage’s residential program. The role works collaboratively with clinical teams, maintains documentation and electronic health records, supports clients with daily living activities, medication administration, crisis intervention, group activities, and community outings, and may be assigned to different agency locations. It is a full-time extended-shift position paying $18.50 per hour base, with effective pay of approximately $21.58 per hour due to overtime.
