Spatial Front, Inc. is hiring a BI Analytic Developer in Crystal City, Virginia, for an on-site/hybrid full-time W2 position. The role modernizes business intelligence and analytics capabilities supporting PeopleSoft HCM and related enterprise systems, including migration from an on-premises BI and data warehouse environment to Oracle cloud-based analytics services. Responsibilities include developing reports, dashboards, semantic models, SQL, data validations, and analytics solutions; supporting migration, testing, releases, and change management; and collaborating with BI, data, application, infrastructure, and business teams. The position requires a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least three years of hands-on business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data development experience.
