CredPal is hiring a mid-level, full-time BI/Data Analyst to manage datasets, develop reports and dashboards, build ETL pipelines and data warehouses, analyze key growth metrics, and communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of data analysis or business intelligence experience, SQL proficiency, BI and ETL experience, and familiarity with statistical analysis, experimentation, and growth-tracking tools.
