Description

INVID is hiring a full-time, mid-level BI Developer in San Juan, Puerto Rico to design and build standardized, scalable, and self-service Power BI reporting solutions. The role covers semantic modeling, DAX, dashboards, performance optimization, data refresh strategies, UAT support, and collaboration with business stakeholders and data engineering teams. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5–7 years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or related roles
Advanced Power BI experience with semantic models, complex DAX, and enterprise reporting
Data modeling expertise including star schema, relationships, performance optimization, and aggregations
Experience designing reusable datasets and semantic layers for self-service BI
Experience with report performance tuning, refresh optimization, and usability best practices
End-to-end report development lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and UAT support
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of upstream data processes, including Python and ETL/ELT concepts
