PayU is hiring a BI Developer to join its CEE Business Intelligence team and turn complex data into trusted insights for financial, operational, and regulatory decisions. The role involves designing data models, creating Tableau visualizations, maintaining ETL pipelines, collaborating with business stakeholders, supporting data initiatives, and using AI-assisted development tools. Candidates need at least three years of experience in data modelling, data analysis, or data engineering, along with advanced SQL, Git and GitHub, Tableau, Polish and English at C1, and project management experience. The position is offered under a contract of employment with a hybrid model requiring two days in the office.
