Rabobank is hiring a BI Developer for its IAM Data & Insight area in the Netherlands. The role focuses on extracting value from IAM data, building scalable reporting and self-service analytics products, defining key metrics, and collaborating with data ingestion, solution architecture, and reporting teams. Responsibilities include developing data and reporting products in the Microsoft Azure stack using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and related technologies. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least three years of BI development experience in a complex IT landscape, SQL and ETL experience, and Azure data platform experience; cloud, Python, Spark, data modelling, and agile experience are preferred. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €4,105–€5,862, hybrid work, and other benefits.
