ProSidian is hiring a BI Developer / Data Analyst to support Human Capital Analytics and IT modernization for federal science agency clients, including the National Science Foundation. The role involves business needs analysis, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, dashboard and report development, data analysis, reporting automation, self-service analytics, workflow and integration support, and analytics change management. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s degree in data, information technology, or analytics plus 3–5 years of BI/data analytics experience. The position does not offer visa sponsorship and requires United States citizenship.
