Description
Semperis is hiring a BI Engineer to own and enhance its Power BI reporting environment, develop interactive dashboards and semantic models, create DAX and Power Query solutions, establish reporting governance, and partner with business stakeholders and data-engineering teams. The role also involves identifying and implementing AI-driven analytics and generative AI use cases to improve reporting productivity. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of business intelligence experience, four years of Power BI experience, and expertise in DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, SQL, dimensional modeling, and data validation. The position follows a hybrid model of up to three days per week in an office and remote work on the remaining days.
