The role involves guiding clients and teams on reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality; owning project outcomes and team performance; assessing BI deliverables; supporting a collaborative culture; and contributing to the company’s strategic direction. Candidates need 6 to 10 years of data and analytics experience, leadership experience, strong BI and data visualization skills, a relevant master’s degree, and fluency in Dutch with professional English proficiency.
