Description
EBC is hiring a major civil infrastructure bid leader to manage the full pursuit lifecycle for complex infrastructure projects, from opportunity evaluation through proposal submission and client interviews. The role leads multidisciplinary pursuit teams, develops bid strategies and pricing, prepares technical and commercial proposals, coordinates stakeholders, manages schedules and risks, and captures lessons learned. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, at least seven years of relevant bid, proposal, preconstruction, or estimating experience, and strong knowledge of Canadian procurement models.
