Description
Accurx is hiring a Bid Lead to own and lead its primary-care bid strategy, including 36 ICB tenders expected from January 2027. The role covers early opportunity capture, qualification and go/no-go decisions, cross-functional bid delivery, submission quality and compliance, win themes, framework development, and post-award handover. Candidates should have APMP certification or equivalent bid expertise, extensive experience leading complex public-sector tenders, capture and pursuit management, public procurement knowledge, and familiarity with NHS clinical systems and workflows. The position offers £70,000–£90,000 plus share options, healthcare cover, pension or life insurance, flexible office-based working, and other benefits.
