The Bid Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire tender process for complex national and multi-site service contracts. This includes identifying opportunities, submitting high-quality proposals, and ensuring commercial discipline throughout the tender lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with various departments like Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure effective pursuit of opportunities and well-structured proposals.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5–7 years’ experience managing complex tenders or proposal processes.
