BAE Systems is hiring a Bid Manager in BroadOak, Portsmouth, working in a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days onsite. The role supports the Capture Leader and owns bid-phase governance for strategic pursuits, including bid planning, process implementation, approvals, multidisciplinary team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and costing and pricing activities. Candidates should have proven bid and project management experience, experience with competitive RFI, ITT, ITN, RFP, RFQ, or framework bids, and ideally an APMP qualification and defence or complex procurement background.
