Allegis Global Solutions is hiring a Bid Manager to manage prospective clients’ formal requests for proposals from receipt through submission. The role coordinates subject-matter experts, sales, operations, and finance partners; writes proposals and related documentation; develops win themes and pitch decks; manages stakeholder and document workflows; and maintains proposal databases and CRM records. The position is open to Jacksonville, Florida; Troy, Michigan; Tempe, Arizona; and Mississauga, Ontario, and requires 3–7 years of proposal-writing experience and 3–5 years managing direct reports.
