Analytical Expert Labs is hiring an experienced standalone Bid Manager to oversee the complete bid lifecycle across its specialist laboratory businesses, including opportunity identification, tender review, bid/no-bid support, stakeholder coordination, bid writing, commercial alignment, compliant submission, portal management, reporting, and post-tender improvement. The role operates in a highly regulated forensic and laboratory environment and requires public sector procurement experience, strong writing and organisational skills, independence, security clearance, and five years of continuous UK residency.
